Ashirwad Engicon Group

An address built for tomorrow

A Patna developer selling apartments at IOB Galaxy Phase II. We ran the campaign that put the project on the road, in the paper and on the letterhead.

What was in it

Every individual dreams of owning a home — we at Ashirwad want to be the blessing that helps fulfil this dream.

Ashirwad Engicon Group

The Ashirwad Engicon Group mark assembling in three dimensions: a grid of gold blocks gathers into the gold roofline, navy towers rise beside it, and the lockup settles with ASHIRWAD ENGICON GROUP beneath.

The client

Ashirwad Engicon Group builds in Patna. Ashirwad means blessing, which is not decoration here. It is the whole promise the company makes, and it is what its own vision statement leans on. A first flat in Bihar is rarely an investment decision. It is the decision, and the buying takes months of family conversation.

The billboard in place above a city road at dusk, reading Your next address won't wait, with a scale model of the tower alongside.

Out of home

A hoarding and a billboard, both built around the render rather than beside it, so the building is the picture instead of an inset. Read at speed from a road: the project name, the developer, the city, a number. Nothing that needs a second pass.

The full-page press ad held open, reading Laying the foundation for a life you'll love, above a render of the completed towers and the booking number.

Print

A full-page press ad for a market where the newspaper still sells property. The line runs quiet, “laying the foundation for a life you’ll love”, and the phone number is set large enough to be read across a breakfast table, because that is how the call actually gets made.

The Ashirwad Engicon Group letterhead: the mark top left, a gold rule across the head, and the contact details along the foot.

The stationery

The letterhead carries the same navy and gold as the campaign. Small thing, but a builder asking a family for a booking amount is judged on whether the paperwork looks like it came from a company that will still be there at possession.

The IOB Galaxy Phase II hoarding: the tower render running full height, with the project name, Ashirwad Engicon Group, and An Address Built for Tomorrow set in panels across it.
