About NIRVANAX

What is a brand infrastructure company?

We build the system underneath a brand, which is positioning, identity, a website, a content engine, performance marketing and the data that feeds the next round. Then we run it month on month, so growth stops depending on the founder's daily push.

How is that different from a marketing agency?

Most agencies sell output: a number of posts, a number of ads, a monthly report. We sell a brand that works as a system, judged on five numbers agreed before any work starts. You judge us on those numbers, not on how many posts went out.

Do you have your own production house?

Yes. Our studio in Sector 63, Noida, has a cyclorama stage, a podcast set, a backdrop bay and a vanity suite. Shoots, films, reels and podcasts are made there, by the same people who write the strategy. A month of content can be shot in a day.

Do you work outside Noida?

Yes. We have offices in Noida and Gwalior, work with brands across India, and our production team travels for shoots. We also work with brands in the UK, Dubai and the US.

Who it is for

Who do you work with?

Funded D2C brands, legacy businesses moving premium, brands abroad in the UK, Dubai and the US, and agencies that need a build partner. Most often it is a business where the product already works but growth still runs through the founder.

Which categories have you worked in?

Water, consumer tech, fashion, jewellery, real estate, travel, interiors, exhibition design, hospitality and organic food. The work itself is on the Work page.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. Many clients keep a marketing person. We run the system and the production, and your team plugs into it.

What we do

What is the difference between a build and a monthly plan?

A build creates the foundations once, which may be the brand, the website, an ordering or subscription system, or a launch, and hands them over properly. A monthly plan runs the brand every month against agreed numbers. Some brands need one, some need both.

Do we have to start with a build?

No. If your brand already works, we go straight to a monthly plan and spend the first two weeks auditing what you have.

Which platforms are included?

Instagram and Facebook in every monthly plan. YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other ad channels are added per platform, depending on how much of your growth we are running.

Can we book the studio without a retainer?

Yes. The room and the crew can be booked on their own, by the half day or the full day, for a content day or for a run of podcast episodes. Retainer clients already have studio days in their plan.

Cost and terms

What does it cost?

We don't publish prices, because the honest number depends on what your brand actually needs. Tell us what you are building and we will quote it against a written scope, so you see what is included before you commit to anything. The enquiry form takes about two minutes.

Why don't you list prices on the site?

A price list invites you to pick a tier and hope it fits. Two brands with the same monthly budget can need completely different work. We would rather look at your business first and give you a number we can stand behind.

Why a six-month minimum on monthly plans?

The first three months fix and test. The next three compound. Anything shorter measures noise rather than results, and neither of us learns anything useful from it.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, from your own ad account. We never front media spend, and the account stays in your name.

What happens if we want something outside the scope?

It gets quoted before it starts. Nothing outside the written scope is done first and billed afterwards.

How we work

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes. We ask what breaks when you get busy, and you leave with at least one useful answer, whether or not we end up working together.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. It helps if you know roughly what one customer is worth to you over a year, and what happens to your sales when you pause ads. If you don't know either, that is a useful answer too.

What happens in the first ninety days?

Week 0: the scope and the scorecard are signed, with one named lead. Weeks 1 to 2: we audit the business and measure the baseline. Weeks 3 to 6: the foundations get fixed before media spend grows. Weeks 7 to 12: we run and sharpen against the scorecard every Monday. Day 90: a review against the targets, and the next quarter's plan in writing.

Who will we actually be working with?

One named lead throughout, and the founder in every quarterly review. Scope, approvals and files live in one shared workroom, so nothing depends on anyone's memory.

Results and ownership

How will we know it is working?

Before work starts we agree five numbers. We measure where you stand in the first fourteen days, set the 90-day target together, and send the scorecard every Monday by 10 AM. Each number gets a colour, on track, watch or off track, and one line on what we are doing about it this week.

Which five numbers?

By default: return on ad spend, cost per purchase or qualified enquiry, orders or qualified enquiries a week, reach beyond your existing followers, and whether our calendar shipped on the agreed date. Any of them can be swapped for a number that matters more to your business, before we sign.

What if the numbers don't move?

You will see it on the Monday scorecard long before day 90. We change the plan, and the day-90 review resets the targets in writing.

Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do. Ad accounts, pages, data, files and brand assets stay in your name, during the engagement and after it.
