What we collect, and what we do with it.
This explains what NIRVANAX collects when you use nirvanax.in, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

Who we are
NIRVANAX is a brand infrastructure company with offices in Noida and Gwalior, India. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to info@nirvanax.in or call +91 92669 10469. We answer privacy requests from the same inbox as everything else.
What the enquiry form collects
The form on the contact page is the only place this site asks you for anything. You choose what to put in it. It collects:
- Your name, and the brand or company you are writing about.
- A website or social profile for the brand.
- What you are looking for, and the budget range you pick for it. These are ranges, never an exact figure, and you pick them from a list.
- Your monthly ad spend range and revenue range, where those questions apply.
- When you want to start.
- Anything you choose to write in the open message field.
- Your phone number and email address, so we can reply.
The form also records which currency the amounts were shown in, the page you were on, the page that sent you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. That tells us which ad or post brought you, so we stop paying for the ones that do not work.
There is one hidden field that is not shown to people. It exists to catch automated spam. If anything fills it in, the message is discarded and never reaches us.
What happens to what you send
The form sends one email to our own inbox at info@nirvanax.in, through Google Workspace. That is the whole journey. This website has no customer database, and your enquiry is not written to one.
Your email address is set as the reply-to on that message, so when we answer you it comes from a person rather than from a no-reply address.
We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare for a call, and to put together a quote. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics and advertising
The site loads three third-party tags when you open it. They are there so we know how many people visit, which pages they read, and which ads are worth running. They are not there to identify you by name.
- Google Tag Manager, which loads the tags below and nothing else of its own.
- Google Analytics, which counts visits, pages and broad location, and tells us how people move through the site.
- The Meta pixel, which records that a visit happened and that an enquiry was sent, so our Facebook and Instagram advertising can be measured and targeted.
These tools set their own cookies and are operated by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies, not ours. The site does not currently show a cookie banner, so the tags load on arrival. If you would rather they did not, a browser that blocks third-party cookies or trackers will stop them, and the site works normally without them.
When an enquiry is sent successfully, we record that an enquiry happened, along with the ranges you picked. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google or Meta.
Hosting and server records
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers keep short-lived technical records of requests, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those records for marketing.
What the site stores in your browser
One thing, and it never leaves your device: whether you turned the background sound on or off. It is kept so the site does not forget your choice when you move between pages. It holds no personal information and we cannot read it.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox while we are talking to you, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so that if you come back we know what was already discussed. If you become a client, the records of that work are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires.
Analytics data is kept by Google for fourteen months, after which it is deleted on their side.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See below.
What you can ask us to do
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent you previously gave, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Write to info@nirvanax.in and we will come back to you. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can raise a grievance with us first, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This is a site for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us something through the form, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. We will not quietly broaden what we do with what you have already sent us.
